1.We strictly comply with all laws and other regulations regarding the protection of Personal Information.
2.We implement all necessary in-house regulations regarding the protection of Personal Information, and give sufficient instructions to our employees.
In case we contract the handling of Personal Information to an external subcontractor, we prohibit such subcontractor from leaking or providing Personal Information to other parties.
3.When collecting Personal Information, we inform customers of the intended purpose of collection and use of Personal Information, and we obtain prior consent of customers before the collection of Personal Information.
We handle Personal Information in accordance with the purpose of use that is agreed by customers beforehand.
4.We take appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss of Personal Information.
We pledge to protect Personal Information based on the above guidelines by implementing and supervising in-house regulations to prevent leakage or loss of Personal Information of customers. We do not disclose Personal Information to any third parties without prior consent or acceptance of customers, except in cases where such disclosure is required by law or other special circumstances.
